2. Processing Time:  
   All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Methods:  
   We utilize various carriers to ensure timely delivery. The shipping method will be selected at our discretion, and you may receive your order via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

4. Delivery Time:

Unpacking and Installation

Upon receipt of your product, please inspect it for any shipping damages and make a note on the Bill Of Lading. If you notice any damages, please contact SunRoly Solar Co. at SunRolySolar@gmail.com for further instructions.

When opening the box, exercise caution when breaking the tape seal. Please use caution when using a knife, razor blade, or any other sharp material not to damage the panels.

When placing or tossing the Lil'Pad™ Solar Panels into the pool, ensure that no one is in the pool to avoid accidents. It is important to read and understand the disclaimers on the product to ensure that small children are always supervised by an adult while in the pool. Remember to avoid jumping on the panels to prevent any damage or injury.

Recommended Handling & Use:

1. For heating purposes, place the panels in the pool with the flat side down. Additionally, you can use a panel as a floating table by flipping it over with the flat side up. The panels will automatically "tile" themselves, but you can easily adjust them if desired for maximum coverage installations that cover most of the pool and take advantage of the free heat.

It is not always necessary to cover the entire pool to achieve maximum benefits, as each pool is different in terms of desired temperature, pool location, shading, size, shape, and other factors.

2. It is recommended to leave the panels in the pool at all times. If you want to swim, you have the option to either remove the panels completely and stack them to the side of the pool, or simply push them aside as they will "auto-stack" along one wall of the pool. The panels are designed to be extremely easy to handle, and they can also be stacked in the pool for ultimate convenience.

When there are multiple people in the pool, it is advisable to remove all the panels except for the ones being used for personal flotation or exercise etc..

3. The Lil'Pad™ Solar Panels do not have controls for temperature regulation. If you feel that the pool may be too warm, you can remove some panels. Conversely, if you wish to make the pool warmer, you can add more panels.

Cleaning & Servicing:

In most cases, it is not necessary to remove the panels when adding chemicals to the pool, as the HDPE Plastic is not affected by typical concentrations of chlorine and salts used in pools. However, if you prefer to remove the panels, the Pool Service Professional (if used) could take the opportunity to rinse or clean the panels if necessary.

Under normal use, the panels may collect dust and other debris, depending on whether there is a screened enclosure or not. This is actually beneficial as it minimizes the material from clogging your pool filtration system.

Some folks have found it very convienient to broom clean the floating Solar Panel Pool Covers with pool water while the panels are floating the day before a scheduled service. They claim the debris will go into the pool anyway if the Lil'Pad's™ were not there anyway.

If you have a saltwater pool and notice that the panels are collecting salt, you should check the concentration of the salt, as it typically means that you are using more salt than necessary. It is advisable to mention this to your Pool Service Professional.

The Lil'Pad™ Solar Panel Pool Covers are easy to handle and clean. Typically, they can be hosed off without the need for scrubbing.
