1. Free Shipping:
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders of Lil’Pad ™️ Floating Solar Panel Pool Covers within the Continental United States. No minimum purchase is required.
2. Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Methods:
We utilize various carriers to ensure timely delivery. The shipping method will be selected at our discretion, and you may receive your order via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
4. Delivery Time:
Delivery times may vary based on your location. Typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days after processing. Please note that during peak season or holidays, delivery times may be extended. Due to popular demand at times we may sell out of productd. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 6-8 weeks for production to catch up with demand. We will be doing everything within our power to get your order out ASAP!
5. Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.
6. Incorrect Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. SunRoly Solar Co. is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. International Shipping:
Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside of the Continental United States.

SunRoly Solar Co. offers a 30 Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee from date receipt... if for any reason you are not happy with the product you may return it for a full refund.
10 Year Manufactures Limited Warranty
SunRoly Solar Co. offers a 10 Year Limited Manufactures Warranty against Defects in Materials or Workmanship. In the event of a problem with the Lil'Pad Solar Panel, SunRoly Solar Co. may at its discretion Repair or Replace the product.
